• Exemptions may be granted in papers, semesters depending 

on the subjects cleared by the candidate as per the recognized 

Institutions/College/University.

• Accepted exemptions must be asked while submitting the 

registration and exam form along with attested copies of certificates, 
marks sheets and exempted fee.

• Students who are planning to join the same course will be 

allowed to join the next semester with entry in the same course.

• In such case student has to study at least for two years in the

 university to award the certificate.

• Shobhit  Institute of Engineering & Technology, Meerut (Shobhit University, Meerut) has been granted Deemed-to-be University status by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education wise its Notification No. F-9-37/2004-U.3(A) dated November 8, 2006 under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act 1956.
• Our second University, Shobhit University Uttar Pradesh at Gangoh, Saharanpur district, has been notified by the Government of Uttar Pradesh under section 2(f) of the University Grant Commission (U.G.C.) Act, 1956. This University is set up under the Shobhit Vishwavidhaylaya, Uttar Pradesh Adhiniyam, 2011 (U.P. Act No.3 of 2012), passed by Uttar Pradesh Legislature and assented by the H.E. Governor of Uttar Pradesh in March 2012.
